All prints posted on the website, www.momdesigns.com, including but not limited to graphics, characters and images licensed hereby are owned and copyrighted by M.O.M. Designs, LLC.  The characters cannot be used or interpreted in any way, shape or form.  This includes appliques, embroideries, computer graphics, etc.  Fabric purchased can be sold by a licensed wholesaler / retailer in the form of the purchased printed fabric itself.  You may not share, trade, transfer, use, download, or sell the files and/or images for any purpose, including but not limited to, mass marketing, commercial, or manufacturing.  M.O.M. Designs, LLC reserves the right to license the files and images for all purposes and to derive all revenues from unauthorized distribution and sales of products derived from files containing the images. M.O.M. Designs, LLC retains complete ownership of the designs as well as the images, characters and graphics unless otherwise noted.  By purchasing the printed fabric from M.O.M.
